Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Time
- Domestic (India): 5–8 business days after dispatch
- International: 10–20 business days after dispatch (where available)
Shipping Charges Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
Delays Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. IKV Kreations is not responsible for delays caused by the courier.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at ikv.kreations20@gmail.com. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
